Each additional Half Hour or part £20-00
Standard Charges
Boiler /Gas fire Servicing
Safety Service £50-00 ( Doubles as Landlords Certificate).
Gas appliances that show signs of neglect due to lack of maintenance may require efficiency service for issue of certificate.
Efficiency Service £85-00 ( Full strip down, clean,inspect and test).
Cooker or Hob Installation £87-50 ( includes notification to CORGI).
Larger projects that will take more than 1 working day i.e 8 hours continuous without breaks, are capped at £200-00 for each day. However, part days that are required to finish work are charged at the half hour rate.
Bathroom Refurbishment work is charged at between £150.00 and £200.00 per day depending on work activity and extent of activity.
Electrical work, Tiling work and Decoration are by my approved subcontractors and will be paid directly by the client but managed by myself.
John Porter Heating and Plumbing is not VAT registered.
